The service

Fillsmith Exchange is a listing service and communication tool for construction companies. It lets approved companies post jobs, post available capacity, respond to jobs and message each other.

Fillsmith is not a party

Any agreement is solely between the two companies. Fillsmith is a listing service and is not a party, broker, carrier or guarantor.

Fillsmith does not collect or hold payment, set or adjust rates, assign work, or guarantee performance, quality, insurance or payment. Companies are responsible for holding any required authority, licenses and insurance.

Accounts

Every company is reviewed before it can use the marketplace. Fillsmith may suspend a company that misuses the service.
