What we collect
Your name, email and password (handled by our sign-in provider), your company's profile, the jobs, responses, capacity posts and messages you create, and any certificate of insurance you upload.
Who sees it
Jobs, capacity posts and the directory are visible only to signed-in, approved companies. Responses are visible only to the requester. Contact details are shown once two companies start a conversation. Insurance certificates are visible only to your company and Fillsmith admins.
We send account, approval and activity emails. Alert emails include a link to turn them off.
